Yes... I am still here. Never been a blogger. Don't know why I even tried or keep trying for that matter.
No updates, let's just take it from the present.
Today:
I am going to the dentist. I need to get a crown and several fillings touched up. I'm not really happy about the big bucks that are going out of my pocket for my teeth. I hate sitting there with my mouth open, for who knows how long. I have a small mouth with no room to spare. Since a little girl, they've told me to get my wisdom teeth out. I never took their advise. I will be paying my dentist over $3,000 for all the work that needs to be done. That's not including what I will have to pay for my oral surgeon to get those pesky wisdom teeth out of there.
Books:
I am reading – The Secret Diary of Anne Boleyn by Robin Maxwell
I just finished readings – Six Wives of Henry VIII by Alison Weir
and before that – The Other Boleyn Girl by Philippa Gregory
So, I've been obsessed with the Tudor Dynasty, Henry VIII & the Boleyns
DVDs:
I am watching – The Tudors - The Complete First Season
by Steven Waddington, Perdita Weeks, Matt Ryan, and Barry McGovern
Ok, so hopefully I'm posting this to lj too correctly lol.
Anyway, so today I finally got my "welcome" packet from the FAA Academy. I have to call as soon as my mom gets home to book my flight, and then after that I have to call and reserve an apartment! Then I have to fax all my paperwork in! I'm freaking out. There's such a long list of stuff to do. And I leave in a week and a half...
I heard two more of Kelly Clarkson's songs from her new cd, besides "Never Again"... I'm sorry to say that I really didn't like them. I'm not that big of a fan of "Never Again" in the first place, but the other two songs I heard ["sober" and "haunted"] sounded the same, and were just kind of boring.
I'm downloading the new Maroon 5 cd right now.
As for all the season finales from my TV shows....
- Gilmore Girls: Loved it. Although I loved Rory and Logan together, I guess that's be okay. I loved the last scene, and thank god Lorelei and Luke seemed to be getting back together. I think fans [including myself] really hated that whole marrying Christopher randomly thing.
- Grey's Anatomy: I was one of those who REALLY freaking hated it. For many reasons. Can't Meredith and Derek just be happy for like ONE week? What the hell? Lame that Christina and Burke didn't get married. Lame that Callie got head resident. Lame that Izzie and George are messed up. Lame that Addison is leaving. Lame that no one got Chief of Surgery. The whole thing was freaking LAME and depressing.
- Law and
Order: SVU: I pretty much hated the storyline with Benson's stupid
"maybe rapist" brother. Whatever. And the last episode was lame. Star
Jones and Ludacris guest starring? Big deal. And they're adding Adam
Beach's character as a regular next season, and I found him annoying.
WHYYYY?
- Heroes: I guess it was cool. The season started off
amazing but I started getting a little bored during the end. And that
long hiatus sucked pretty much as well.
- Lost: The season
finale was amazing. I loved it! Thank god they gave it two hours
though. The only thing that drives me crazy is that for every question
they answer they make two more weird mysteries you don't understand.

was suppose to be my bday outing to Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom, but plans changed several times. Even though we didn't go to Six Flags or canoeing as planned, we still had a GREAT time! First, we had an early lunch at Panera Bread off 21st Ave. There was a brief thunderstorm going on while we ate.
Then, we were off to the TACA craft fair @ Centennial Park. The sun really started to beat down by this time. I bought myself a fairly expensive stained glass piece shaped as a small flower in a vase for my kitchen window. We got a kick out of the ducks on the lake wataugaat the park.
we rolled on over to love circle next. rolled over in my purple rollerskate (meaning my purple rav4).this is were we admired nashville from afar, jumped, spinned for the cameraand met a unique 2nd grader. he enjoyed yelling, "1... 2... 3... JUMP!" for us.
lastly, we rolled through the trees to reach Radnor Lake State Park. we had a nice little hike around the lake. we saw 4 deer sitting together. they weren't too scared of us. i need to do that more often. it was very nice and boy did i sweat.
my birthday presents, that is.
i never win anything... but for some reason i've won twice at stylefeeder.com. First, I won the cypress-tree projector and now I've won a cute pair of mary-janes. I just received them in the mail this morning. It only took them a day to get them to me. April 23, I found out I won, and today I have the shoes.
The sweet mary jane goes a bit outrageous with this funky casual from Volatile. Solid or printed fabric upper in a casual mary jane sporty style, with a round toe, stitching accents, coordinating or contrasting fabric collar overlay and dual faux leather arch straps with adjustable buckles and elastic panels for quick slip on. Soft fabric lining, cushioned insole. Very flexible textured, striped midsole. Crepe-textured outsole with a 1/4 inch flat one-piece heel.
[pictured] khaki version – i received the grey version which is now out of stock and no longer pictured on the site.
